Best Practices for ACH Due Diligence & Annual Reviews of Originators
Webinar
As an Originating Depository Financial Institution (ODFI), a financial institution is responsible for reviewing and assessing ACH Originators before they begin originating transactions. This includes determining the appropriate level of due diligence, identifying higher-risk originators, and implementing risk-based safeguards.
Once an ACH Originator is onboarded, annual reviews are critical to ensure ongoing compliance with the ACH Rules and the institution’s ACH Origination Agreement. This session will explore these responsibilities and best practices with Sandy Griffin of Community Bank, who brings extensive experience in ACH Originator onboarding and annual review processes.
